Erica Grayson's meteoric rise in the music industry is a testament to her passion and resilience. From juggling a full-time receptionist role while completing her degree at USC, she swiftly climbed the ranks, securing an executive position at a prominent label by the age of 23.

 

With a remarkable 15-year tenure as an A&R & Marketing executive, Erica collaborated with industry giants such as Sony, Jive (Zimbabwean), and eventually, Interscope Records alongside Visionary Giant Jimmy Iovine.

Her impactful journey includes contributing to the launch of successful artists and brands like Beats By Dre and Black Eye Peas, translating into over 20 million in revenue during her seven-year collaboration with Iovine. Inspired by her experiences, Erica ventured into entrepreneurship, joining the management powerhouse, MADE FAMOUS. Here, she expanded her expertise into film & TV, business development, and brand partnerships, notably with American Idol.

Beyond MADE FAMOUS, Erica's influence extends through her consulting firm, MOXIEWORLD, specializing in Music Strategy, IP & Brand Development, and Content Production. Leveraging her extensive network, she orchestrated collaborations with major platforms like Peacock, Apple, Audible, and Amazon. Her achievements span successful retail brand strategies, leading soundtracks, and playlist strategies for hit shows and films, earning acclaim in the entertainment world.
